Performance and Efficiency
The new Subaru Forester offers a standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine delivering 182 horsepower and 176 pound-feet of torque to Concord drivers. The standard symmetrical all-wheel drive system ensures you have traction no matter where the road or trail takes. With fuel economy, the Subaru Forester can achieve up to 33 miles per gallon on the highway.
Conversely, the Subaru Forester Hybrid offers a smaller 2.5-liter hybrid four-cylinder engine. The combined output is 199 horsepower and 194 pound-feet of torque. Along with being more than the gas-powered Forester, the Forester Hybrid makes up for it in fuel economy. It offers 35 miles per gallon on the highway and 34 in the city. Plus, the Forester Hybrid delivers over 40 more miles in total range with over 580.
Along with the increased efficiency, the new Forester Hybrid features standard symmetrical all-wheel drive. In addition, both models feature 8.7 inches in ground clearance.
ÂInterior Design
Regarding exterior design, the new Subaru Forester and Subaru Forester Hybrid feature similar looks. Inside, though, is where things are different. The new Subaru Forester offers a full range of convenience features consisting of available heated front seats as well as 60/40 split-folding rear seats and optional leather upholstery. With interior space, Loudon drivers can take full advantage of up to 74.4 cubic feet of cargo space.
The Subaru Forester Hybrid offers the same features, including optional heated outboard seats, a heated steering wheel, and a 10-way power adjustable driver's seat. As far as total cargo space is concerned, the Subaru Forester Hybrid offers slightly less space at 69.1 cubic feet but maintains the same headroom and legroom as the Forester.
Technology and Safety
Regarding technology, the Subaru Forester offers STARLINK® multimedia with available built-in navigation. You can choose from a 7.0-inch or 11.6-inch touchscreen, with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ keeping you connected to your favorite apps. Plus, the Forester offers optional Harman Kardon® premium audio sd well 4G Wi-Fi capability.
